In Gratitude, November 2023

November 17, 2023

This month’s newsletter is short and has only one intent: to say thank you. Thank you for the work you’re doing to transition the world’s energy supply to a sustainable system. Thank you for persevering on the days where we all say WTF. Thank you for dedicating your time and energy to this important task, even when friends and family glaze over when we get wonky about energy.

I feel so incredibly grateful that I get to help companies dedicated to decarbonizing the grid. I think about the actions we take each day and know they add up, even when they feel small or inconsequential at the time. I think about the world I want my two boys to inherit – clean air, clean water, sustainable, and with everyone having enough – and I am grateful I get to work towards that goal. I want them to be able to tell their grandkids about the annual smoke season as a thing of the past.

So, thank you. Thank you for being on this journey towards decarbonization. Thank you for investing your time and energy. The work isn’t done, but I know we’ll get there.
