Solution
Combining the brand style of ESS with quirky 1960s-esque field guides, we developed a pocket-size field guide to the day-to-day culture in a growing company. The 32-page guide captured those unwritten “rules” that make up company culture, often leaving new hires floundering until they understand the landscape.
