At a time when most industry warranties were less than five years, Fronius USA offered a 20-year warranty. They also tied the warranty to the serial number, making paperwork unnecessary. We developed messaging and a visual strategy to convey a feeling of ease, unburdened by worry about losing that little warranty card and knowing the company stood behind their products.
