Refresh identity to reflect target customers

As part of a customer profile development and content marketing strategy research, it became clear the company identity did not appeal to their target customers.
Prior to this identity refresh, the company did not have a cohesive look and feel that was easily identifiable by their potential customers. Except for the logo, there was no consistency. In collaboration with Identity³, we combined the company personality with their target audience to create a new system that could be applied across all outreach efforts. Their logo, the one piece they had used consistently, stayed the same.
